Job Description

Primary Responsibility:
You will:
• As Product manager, you will be responsible for
o Product planning and management throughout the lifecycle, including gathering
customer expectations (internal and external), defining the product vision, steering
to get products developed inhouse or leveraging third party, work closely with
markets and practices to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
o Conceptualize and develop new business line in adjacent to present businesses
• Support analyses of business challenges, formulate hypothesis and draft
recommendations for solutions. You will have the opportunity to further present these
findings and solutions to stakeholders and help implement them in collaboration with
functions and support teams
• The ideal candidate must have excellent analytical and communication skills to
maintain strong and positive stakeholder relations
• The candidate must be a self-starter, with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic
and be adaptable to multiple environments
• Must be driven to produce results. With a keen eye to grasp opportunities to implement
improvement initiatives
• Develop foundational knowledge and expertise in a key discipline area
• Support knowledge base enrichment through creating best practice content and
standardizing practices and templates

Requirements

Desired Skillsets
• 5+ years of post-qualification professional experience within Consulting teams
• Engineering graduate. Tier 1/ 2 B-School pedigree preferred
• Experience in Product development (software lifecycle understanding is a plus)
• Effective presentation skills and ability to articulate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Have experience and expertise to develop high-quality presentations and documents
• Strong communication skills with an ability to flex your style based on different audiences
• Self-motivated and biased towards efficiency and quality to achieve business outcomes
• You are inquisitive to understand and solve business problems or research and troubleshoot
technical problems
• Excellent stakeholder expectations management skills to derive outcome Can work with
ambiguity and develop streamlined work structure to enable team to deliver consistent
quality results
