Job Description

The HRIS function provides systems support and configuration services to the Fidelity International
business, globally, which include the development and operational management of business applications
that underpin our service functions. The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the
firm relies on to operate on a day-to-day basis including data centre, networks, proximity services, security,
voice, incident management and remediation. The HR systems team work collaboratively across various
geographic locations to maintain and enhance in-house developed application and vendor provided
products.
Purpose of the Role
The role would be a blend of owning the product and looking after the service delivery of all supporting HR
Technologies. The Product Owner bridges the gap between product strategy and development and would
act as the conduit between Senior management, Customers, System Development Teams and the Product
providers. They are usually responsible for the product backlog, organizing sprints, and are expected to
answer questions from developers as needed. As the System Delivery owner, the responsibility would be to
manage Change, Continuous Improvement, Incidents and Service requests. Focus of this role is to manage
and support all HR Enabling Systems such as HR Hub, Service Now, Recruitment assessment tools,
Country specific chatbots, Custom Tools created by our inhouse teams and a few others.

Experience and Qualifications Required
Essential Skills:
• Ability to design and present Systems Support model for Enabling Systems
• Extensive knowledge of Client facing and Product management, Third party management
• Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment
• In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to
service delivery
• Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
• Expertise in people management and leadership
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Technical understanding of integration designs and associated system processes
• Think from a customer viewpoint and provide a high level of service to internal clients
• Skills to manage system audits and test cycles, providing efficiency and accuracy to support activities
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies
• Lead, manage and develop a team of HRIS professionals
