Job Responsibilities

As a part of the Infra enablement Solution Team understand the latest technology trends
Strong understanding of end user computing technologies and strategy
Run ideation and innovation sessions to gather problem statements and build solutions based on technology trends
Contribute to capacity planning, performance monitoring strategy and maintenance to ensure high availability
Identify gaps in current technology where it does not align to industry best practices
Develop, define and create best practices processes for Windows and Mac infrastructure
Follow best practices for the supported technology
Must abide by change process, support and request queue
Working knowledge of the Apple macOS operating system that includes an understanding of script technologies such as Bash, Shell and AppleScript
Understanding of Microsoft Autopilot and Modern Desktop Management concepts and techniques for managing Mac and Windows machines a plus
Good understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles including incident management, problem management, change management, configuration management, and availability/continuity management
Good experience with Process and Documentation, Requirements gathering, and Operational and Design Documentation
Has done troubleshoot triage session for incidents until root cause resolutions
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to transform technical knowledge into business language (e.g. reports, presentations, etc.)
