Job Description

The HR manager – Will be responsible for overall HR, IR, and Admin responsibilities for the factory, which employs nearly 500 employees (Including contractual employees) and is a certified TPM factory. The position reports functionally to Sr. Dy. General Manager – HR & IR and administratively to the Factory Head .The incumbent will be primarily responsible for the following:
Industrial Relations:
• Responsible for maintaining industrial peace and harmony in a unionized workforce.
• Anchoring the collective bargaining process with the workers’ union (Internal / External) tactfully to ensure smooth wage/bonus settlements.
• Ensure shop-floor discipline through appropriate disciplinary actions.
Compliance to labor Laws ,Hiring & HR Operations, Head Count Management & Productivity Employee Engagement and also Training and development .

Requirements

Years of Experience - 10-15 years of work experience in managing factory HR&IR role preferably in a unionized environment and is well conversant with the labor laws.
Qualification - MBA/MA/MSW in HR&IR/IRPM
Skills and Competencies Desired - Persuasiveness, Building Relationships, Good in Execution, Resilience, Managing Ambiguity, Strong EQ
