Job Description
Responsibilities -
- Responsible for handling complete life cycle of shop floor team members including ER & HR operational activities.
- The job involves organization building, retention, wage & salary administration, payroll and timely disbursement of salaries, shop floor engagement, Industrial relations, Communication, Employee welfare, conflict & grievance resolution, statutory compliance.
Requirements
Experience- 15+ years
Location - Jaipur
Education - MBA (HR)
- Should have excellent communications skills.
- Expertise in HR & IR.
