Job Description
. Lead team of manufacturing engineers to meet organizational performance plans
2. Standardize engineering process & guide team members to improve the process of new product development
3. Guide the team of manufacturing engineering for optimising process parameters to achieve high productivity
4. Interact with customers for timely sample and PPAP submission
5. Involvement in ROI analysis, procurement of machines / equipment with the support of cross functional departments (production, maintenance, supply chain, finance)
6. Overview design and procurement of tools, fixtures and gauges
7. Manpower planning, utilisation and training of S&M by working closely with HR
8. Guide the team to establish process flow through
Requirements
. Handling multiple projects at a time for on time submission of samples, approvals and PPAP audits
2. Strong knowledge of developing cold forging tools for various types of fasteners, thread rolling, machining, heat treatment and variety of surface plating processes,
3. Demonstrable experience of leading an engineering function with a proven track record in delivering effective engineering strategies, policies, processes and systems.
4. Knowledge of various special process requirements and know how of various technologies used in high tensile fastener industry,
5. Hands on experience in process planning, estimation, tool design, NPD, secondary processes etc,
6. Knowledge of quality and engineering standards and continuous improvement concepts
7. Ensure that engineering strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables
the company to function and compete effectively in the market

Exp - 15 to 25 yrs
B.Tech In Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Metallurgical
Certifications / Training in APQP, FMEA, IATF TS16949, TPM, TQM, Six Sigma, SPC
