Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner and provides effective HR operational services and advice to business leaders, managers, and staff to support the delivery of Vesuvius organizational objectives and outcomes. S/he serves as a consultant on all HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, capacity building and talent development, and employee relations. The role includes skilled input into a broad range of HR activities, tailored training programs, managing complex and varied employee relations cases, and ensuring that HR data and reporting fit for purpose.

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner also acts as a leadership coach, strategic partner, and change agent, manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, guides on and assists in performance improvement, and conducts related issues. S/he works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and engagement.
The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the organization’s business objectives.

The role will report to the Human Resources & Administration Director and will have limited team management responsibility.

Requirements

Exp - 8 -18 yrs
Masters’ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant degree + 10 years working in human resources
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management.
Proven ability to work effectively in teams and with individuals at all levels within an organization; understanding of cultural contexts and international work experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills including understanding users’ needs, offering solutions and following up to ensure end user success.
Extensive knowledge of HR process, procedures and policies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
Initiative and drive to continuously improve processes.
Solid project management skills including attention to detail, highly organized.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience managing several tasks and priorities and exercise independent working; a self-starter.
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Fluent in English, Polish will be an asset but is not necessary to be successful in the role
