Job Description

. To achieve Revenue, Pricing, Profitability, New Product Sales, New customer acquisition targets. Is reponsible for the Account recievables / collections and price increases
2. Be the face of the company to the customers and Industry bodies to drive rapid expansion and growth
3. Manage a team of sales professionals. Should be able to drive sales process implementation, to transform the sales function to a world class organization
4. Work colloboratively with Produt Development, Marketing and Customer service teams to meet the company objectives
5. Build the product / Portfolio strategy for the company in conjunction with Marketing and Senior LEadership.
6. Should be Techical Savy in understanding the customer requirement and providing the ideal solution knowing internal strengths and capabilities to win business.
7. Is responsible to provide competietive intelligence to Marketing to help the overall marketing function.
8. Responsible for forecasting process and support in the material planning process.

Requirements

Experience - 12 + yrs
Education - B. Tech
Industry - Auto component ( except rubber & Tyres)
