Job Description

Functional Skills:
Preferred Industry: Auto Components supplying to OEM's and Tier companies.

• Sales ( Technical sales to OEM's & Auto Tier 1/2 suppliers)
• To achieve Revenue, Pricing, Profitability, New Product Sales, New customer acquisition targets. Is responsible for the Account receivables / collections and price increases.
• Be the face of the company to the customers and Industry bodies to drive rapid expansion and growth.
• Manage a team of sales professionals. Should be able to drive sales process implementation, to transform the sales function to a world class organization.
• Work collaboratively with Product Development, Marketing and Customer service teams to meet the company objectives.
• Build the product / Portfolio strategy for the company in conjunction with Marketing and Senior Leadership.
• Should be Technical Savvy in understanding the customer requirement and providing the ideal solution knowing internal strengths and capabilities to win business.
• Is responsible to provide competitive intelligence to Marketing to help the overall marketing function.
• Responsible for forecasting process and support in the material planning process.

Requirements

Location: Pune
Mandatory: Bachelor of Engineering
Additional Qualification : PGDMM, MBA, Rubber Technology
Auto component ( except rubber & Tyres)
