Lean and TPM Manager

The Company is a manufacturer of cranes and lifting solutions. The company owns manufacturing, distribution, and service facilities across several countries in the Americas, Europe and Africa, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific

Job Purpose:

1.Continual improvement at the Pune factory to make LEAN factory by improving the manufacturing process improvement, layout, and other methods/tools.

2.Control the various expenses generated by subcontractors and communicate as and when required to the organization.

3.Lead and direct the integrated facility/production equipment maintenance and repair operations for the facilities to ensure smooth production

Job Activity :

1.Monitor, control, and measure the performance of Maintenance department management and daily activities monitoring.

2.Facility/production equipment maintenance and continuous improvement.

3.Monitoring indirect expense analysis and Fixed asset management throughout the factory ( Include Subcontractor )

4.Interaction with the various department for various cost-saving projects, effective communication, etc to achieve KPI.

5.Implement company principal in the area Mast VS, paint shop, stores, dispatch, and crane care

6.Monitoring Indirect cost expenses and generating projects for sustaining and reducing the cost beyond the plan.

7.Identify the Area for improvement, generate, conduct time study, and implement the projects to get the benefit to the organization in various ways.

8.Lead and Conduct kaizen events in VS to identify NVAs and ensure the action plan completion.

9.Reduction of Non-value-added activity and improve the outcome of the process

10.Decide the make-and-buy analysis for the business

11.Lead the implementation of global practices in various areas to improve productivity, efficiency.

-Education - BE/BTech Degree
-Experience - 9 -14 year of experience
-Candidate preferred from Heavy engineering industry in Fabrication or Welding operations
