Job Description

We are looking for a female leader who will be responsible to Identify and manage Global Capability Center (GCC) clients across their lifecycle – setup, grow/transform
or carveout. The person will ensure that the services are provided to an appropriate quality to meet
contractual obligations and that targets are met. The incumbent is expected to bring in best in class
practices/experience while delivering the services/engagements to the GCC clients.

• Proactively identify GCC clients that will require the company services
• Enhance the current Go-to-market offerings to make it more appealing or relevant to the
current GCC client context.
Actively engage with GCC clients to identify their problem/support areas where the organization
implement its services/offer expertise
• Develop trust among the existing vs new GCC clients to establish the organization as a preferred
partner for offering solutions
• Manage the sales/service/project delivery pipeline for GCC clients
General Responsibilities:
• Drive innovations and continuous improvements across GCC offerings
• Liaise with Support Functions and other roles/units in order to structure/deliver GCC
• Resolve prioritization issues and/or conflicts, manage risks and opportunities while maintaining
operational integrity
• Manage the allocation of resources/time to key organizational priorities in support of existing
clients, continuous improvements, and growth opportunities
• Interface with Accounts and clients to support operations and growth
• Ensuring that a culture of improvement, learning and productivity is in place across the
• Work closely with the Account Delivery leadership, Market Unit (MU) delivery leadership to
ensure synergy between our offerings, service delivery and sales


The person will have 10-15 years of experience in across GCC functions/industry verticals with a strong
project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA
is strongly preferred.

• Effectively manage client stakeholders by offering his/her point of view on GCCs
• Experience at working and growing business with GCCs
• Adept at understanding the client challenges and offering solutions/next steps
• Coordination with teams across practice
