Job Description

The Customer Service Head will be responsible for managing all customer service activities related to order and schedule processing, ensuring effective communication with customers, and achieving delivery and budget targets. This role requires close coordination with various internal functions, including planning, production, development, regional representatives, and supply chain management.

Requirements

1 . Responsible for order and schedule processing which includes activities like receipt of PO, schedule transfer, tracking of production, supply commitment etc.,
2 .Tracking of orders
3.Customer communication and periodical interactions
4.Meet customer’s delivery metrics.
5.Coordinate with functions like planning, production, Development, regional representatives and SCMs.
6. Meet customer specific requirements.
7.Meet monthly and yearly budget numbers.
8.Work with marketing in budget preparation.
