Job Description

Internal Control Evaluation: Review and assess internal controls regularly.

Implement Control Framework: Set up and maintain internal control standards.

Auditing: Check finances, operations, and CSR for compliance and accuracy.

Compliance Review: Ensure adherence to financial rules and standards.

Support Teams: Help finance and operations with control issues.

Process Improvement: Update processes, test controls, and optimize them.

Self-Assessment: Do yearly checks on controls, suggest improvements.

Action Plan Follow-Up: Monitor fixes for identified issues.

SAP Control Testing: Ensure SAP system security and integrity.

Assist Internal Auditors: Support audits in your country or abroad.

Coordinate with External Auditors: Work with them on internal control issues.

CSR Reporting: Collaborate on CSR reports and projects.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal control or internal audit in a manufacturing environment with CA Qualified .
• Experience with Financial and Operational Auditing
• Experience with multinational internal audit procedures, risk assessment and IFRS related requirements
• Must have exceptional project management skills with strong auditing background and extensive knowledge of Internal Control, compliance and good culture of IFRS and accounting concepts.
• Hands on experience / knowledge of SAP
• Experience of setting up data Analytics and tools like ACL will be a definite advantage
• Must be happy with 25-35% travel within India, although in practice this has been less in recent years
