JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive
Base Location – Bangalore

Job purpose:
The position will be responsible for developing new market and delivering profitable sales growth, ensuring effective management of sales costs. Increasing customer satisfaction and continuously improving KPI performance against agreed objectives. This is achieved through spending time in market with customers, accurate and timely reporting and by being a good team player

Desired Candidate:
• Accountable for identifying new market/ industry to promote our product-line with effective area mapping and sales planning in the assigned territory.
• Accountable for meeting budgeted sales and margins for the assigned territory/business area.
• Manage existing customers and develop new accounts within assigned territory/business area.
• Establish strategic networking & business contract with OEMs (packaging machine manufacturers) to work closely and grow the business.
• Establish strong relationships with customers by building a network of contacts within their organization.
• Identify market potential for assigned territory/business area and develop strategic and tactical sales plans accordingly.
• The desired candidate shall be open to travel for account management and new developments.
• Prepare and timely submission of proposal & quotations and order follow ups
• Prepare account receivables plans & timely payment collection from customers & OEMs

Experience and skill set:
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Packaging Degree / MBA-Marketing
• Minimum Experience 2 - 6 years of experience in sales of packaging & weighing equipment’s
• Should have good network in the Food & snacks industry
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, negotiation skills, problem solving, presentation skills
• Language proficiency: Hindi & English (For North) / English & regional (For South)
• Pro-active and results-oriented professional
• Ambitious and driven for result
• Value Selling
• Good team player, good planning and prioritizing skills
• Proficiency in computer / MS office
