Job Description
• Responsible for researching sectors, developing ideas and sourcing best ideas and regularly interact
with potential Companies
• Lead Investment execution with primary responsibility of sector assessment, evaluation, analysis, diligence process, transaction documents and deal execution
• Lead certain internal processes for evaluation, frameworks
• Support Venture Advisors by regular interaction with portfolio companies, analysis of their performance, driving review meetings; MIS reports etc.
• Support the Investment team on strategizing and implementing exits through IPOs, Strategic sale etc. with an objective of value maximisation
Requirements
• CA or Engineer with an MBA from a Premier Business School
• Minimum 4 years of Post Qualification experience; working with VC, IB firms, PE firms
