Position: Senior Engineer - Mastering and Craftsmanship
Department: Vehicle Cost & Integration
Job Description:
Color and Texture Mastering
Understanding Vehicle definitions from Global Design Office
Evaluate and Qualify regional supplier submissions for commodities like – Fabric, Vinyl, Leather, Plastic, Paints, Plastic, Decorative finishes and Textures
Maintain color and texture material master library, Master record and Qualification documentation
Interior/ Exterior Craftsmanship
Pre-texture / Post texture reviews for injection molded parts (exposure with Tooling activities and production process is desirable)
Texture Mark up on physical parts
Color and Gloss reviews on Interior and Exterior Parts.
Appearance Approval Management
Create and Maintain Appearance Definition documents.
Ensure the progress and KPIs for AAR approvals
Report the AAR development status
Requirements
Location: Pune
Years of experience: 3+ years

BE/Btech
