Position: Supply Chain Management - Head
1. JOB PURPOSE
To Spearhead the SCM department of both BUs (MWS & PTS) and manage team at different locations with the accountability of Material Planning, Demand Planning and Customer Services.

• Budget in Collaboration with Sales
• Customer Logistic Agreement

• Customer master data management
• Communication with Customer on Order fulfillment

Preferred Experience • BE (Mechanical / Prod) / Masters in Mechanical / Supply chain with more than 18 years’ experience
ROLE INCLUDES:
Set up a unique Supply Chain Management department working for the whole branch, leading three centralized centers of accountability:
Material planning, that can work as a unique department for both the BUs (and related plants)
Demand planning and Customer service, each of them with two separate BU-specific teams, due to their proximity to different, BU-specific sales operating models
In order to support transformation of local Supply Chain Management processes, it’s going to be critical deep-diving the analysis of current SCM processes to asses how do they fit now with HQ classification:
