• The primary role of the position is to develop and implement a Digital Learning Framework which support strategic objectives and business requirements. This role also demands to identify and implement creative and cost effective digital learning solutions such as eLearning, Gamification and other digital learning platforms/approaches
• Design and implement the Digital Learning strategy in Line with the current business needs and best practices in the industry
• Act as a consultant, assess Digital learning needs and design, delivery of custom learning interventions to meet Functional Head requirements.
• Liaise with subject matter experts and external design team to develop the identified functional requirement to custom eLearning modules
• Liaise with Knowledge partners on eLearning modules (Off the shelf contents), Gamification, Simulation and other online based learning approaches
• Monitor the digital learning environment, scanning for tools or platforms that would help L&D achieve its objectives on a large scale
• Develop communication plans and presentations for a wide range of stakeholders to drive acceptance and adoption of new digital learning technologies
• Build and enhance the awareness of training offerings to employees through various platforms
• Measure and report effectiveness of existing and newly developed programs using defined measures
