Leading company in Personal Protective Equipment for Industrial Segment
• To drive the products through institutional and Industrial segments (Chemical, Automotive, Metal Fabrication, etc)
• Development of brand promotion strategies, dealing with Advertising/PR/Direct Marketing agencies
• Formulating promotion such as Point of Sales, Direct Mailers, communications, conferences, exhibitions, seminars and road shows, agreed between Sales & Marketing team.
• Planning, execution and monitoring of year-round end user & distribution activities, in coordination with the sales team.
• Maintains contact with key staff of assigned distributors in territories, arranges and co-ordinates both training for representatives and promotional activities in conjunction with Territory Sales Managers
• Tracking & evaluation of product performance for the agreed portfolio between Sales & distribution.
• Gather continuous intelligence on competition & industry trends by evaluating market demand and suggesting future product line to management.
• Competitor analysis & market pricing analysis, input needed from the market.
• Primary and secondary market study for existing and future portfolio in collaboration with sales team & distribution partners.
• Targeting, negotiating and ensuring smooth participation in national, local and regional industrial conferences in collaboration with Distribution Partners.
• Implementation of social media initiatives in India, and providing inputs to Regional Marketing Manager, for regional social media engagement activities and submitting monthly reports to management.
