Job Description
Head – Leadership & HR Training
1.Identify and develop long and short duration certification based HR & Leadership Training Products as ‘own’ offerings from the CoE for different categories of users
2. Develop the annual training calendar
3. Develop a panel of domestic and international Training Partners – individual and institutions for design and delivery of the programmes
4. Coordinate revenue generating major conferences and special events in the HR & Leadership space
