Job description

1. Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings across various functions and locations in India/outside India- as per business requirements

2. Strategising on sourcing: Talent Acquisition (both campus and lateral hiring)

3. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans

4. Manage, train and evaluate team of recruiters

5. Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company

6. Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)

7. Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire/time-to-hire/cost per hire

8. Data Driven and process oriented

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience. Essentially less than 36 years of age. Hand-On person required with high energy levels
• Industry is not a bar except Tech & Industrial company
• Should have experience of building up the team to Multi-thousands (around 3-5k year)
• Multi-Industry exposure would be preferred
• Should have done creative ways of hiring instead of only portal/linkedin or other conventional ways of hiring
• Current strength of company is 8k and want to be around 24k in next 2 years
• TA team overall would be around 80 people by end of 2020
• TA specialist would have a team of 10-15 people atleast with him/her. His/Her reporting would be to Group TA head.
