• Promotion activities, new product launch
• Channel Partner Profitability & Engagement- ROI Reconciliation, Periodical Meets & Coach on Infra/Investments
• People Management through Recruitments, Grooming, Capability Building, & Motivation.
• Responsible for: Driving business growth in TRADITIONAL TRADE / LFRs, Optimizing Distribution Infrastructure, Activating all on-ground Visibility and Shopper Engagement Programs.
