Job Description

● You will be part of the Rewards team, which builds & runs all the new cutting-edge capabilities & offerings to reward consumers
● Identify & build alliance capabilities & enablers that will drive significant growth on rewards. These growth opportunities could span across new partner acquisition, volume of claims on rewards, optimizing for costs & consumer experience
● Work closely with cross functional teams (Business, Product, Engineering, Marketing, CX) to pilot, build & scale such capabilities in a sustainable manner. Own, set-up and track output metrics for each project (Adoption, Claims, ROI)
● Research market trends, customer needs / segments to develop key insights & growth opportunities – work closely with Marketing & Analytics teams.
● Own customer experience for the business – Rewards relevance, affordability, adoption.
● Creating reward playbooks, adopting best brand practices etc.

● A deep understanding of the industry's opportunities & modus of operandi
● Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities.
● Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
● Strong negotiation, analytical and financial modelling skills.

Must have Skills:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills, project management, eye for detail, MS Office fluency a must.
