Description
Work with teams to get the best content selection on board. Develop deep and long standing relationship with the Content Partners- with a mix of both- strategic and tactical engagement.
Content Mix
Should have a creative bent with a sense of content that performs well among different audience and markets in the online space.
Candidate will have to work closely with programming and analytics teams to get a sense on content performance, and implement data backed decisions.
Bring in the right mix of partner content that can help the Video achieve its key goals. Drive initiatives and understand where opportunities are, and create a viable business model.
Partner success
Candidate will have to farm content partnerships and help them achieve success on the platform depending on the KPIs of each.
Ensure best extraction of business value from the content partnership deals using optimum resources.
Balance contractual obligations and interests in all endeavours.
Should be able to service partners, manage expectations and manage conflicts with partners.
Industry understanding
Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape with respect to- identifying opportunities, integration models, content mix, competing platform capabilities, etc.
Develop and implement industry best practices. Move the industry with you!
Metrics owned
Partner success KPIs, Content Selection scores, Deal yield, Partner NPS, Partner TOM.
Desired background
Prior experience in Offline/Online Programming and Client Servicing is a must.

 Strong creative bent and ability to judge content quality
 Ability to manage and deal in highly ambiguous situations
 Excellent verbal and written communication with Interpersonal + Servicing skills
 Strong understanding of technology and content business
