Responsibilities: Organisation develops industrial digitalization technologies, invests in such products and improves the Industrial Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence environment. Company's key fields of industry are machinery, metallurgy, mining, oil & gas and chemical enterprises.
Real-time machine monitoring and manufacturing data collection (MDC) system MDCplus is one of our major products for the industrial shop with over 8,000 CNC machines being connected. It delivers hundreds of customizable reports and charts that can be used to track jobs, parts, operations, work centers, OEE, scrap, costs, downtime and people on the shop floor. Due to rapid growth of our business, we are interested to hire an experienced professional for the following major responsibilities:
Install MDCplus solution (software and hardware components) in the shop floor; Provide technical support and trainings to clients; Provide trainings and support to partner companies; Opportunity to participate in presales.
Candidate profile: Experience in service and maintenance of industrial electric equipment, strongly desired experience with CNC machines; Availability of necessary certification, which allows to lead electric maintenance work on maximum of 1000 V equipment; Good understanding or experience of building up technical infrastructure in the shop floor: servers, SQL databases, etc.; Experience of work with engineering software is desirable; Good knowledge of English;
Any experience in presales would be a benefit; Readiness for business travel
