Job description

-Refine and maintain the brand ethos
-Enable meaningful and productive connections between magicpin and its wider community, i.e. users, innovative retail brands, influencers and service providers
-Build / mentor a marketing team centrally and across cities
-Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all user and merchant touchpoints
-Work with teams across the company including product, sales, city ops, social-media / content and customer/merchant support, HR to build frameworks that enable them to be on-brand all the time
-Work with city teams to enable their ATL and BTL campaigns
-Continuously find new efficient online and offline channels that allow propagation of the brand through data-led decisions
-Be a part of the leadership team

Requirements

-Person should have 10+ years of relevant experience.
-Must be process-oriented.
-Should have strong business fundamentals and a people leader.
-A good fit would be a person who would come in and build the business and have the hunger to iterate and solve problems
