Position: Sr. ​Manager​ ​- Games and Gamification Grade​: 11 Location: Bangalore, India

Position Background: The ​Sr.​ ​Manager - Games User GTM ​includes the following:
● End-to-End ownership of the User Growth Strategy & Go-to-Market Planning for Games on and help build FK Games as the biggest Gaming platform of India ● Build an ambitious roadmap to scale performance metrics wrt DAU, MAU, Game Players & Time spent on platform ● Dissect Users into various cohorts like New Users, Repeat Users, Lapsed Users, Power Users et al and devise a strategy to activate all the cohorts ● Drive Campaign Design & Engagement Planning for all the Games and ensure month-on-month delivery on User growth & Engagement targets through right interventions and activations ● Partner with Product & Eng teams to drive the new Games portfolio & Innovation strategy along with the long-term User growth vision ● Own & drive User adoption, retention and engagement plan for the charter ● Co-develop innovative game constructs along with Brand servicing teams with well defined objectives ● Work with Creatives and Design teams to strategize on the Design language & Creative theming to ensure best-in-class user experience ● Lead the Owned Media channel planning (Merchandising, Notifications, Emails et al) and deliver best-in-class consumer relevant channel experiences that support the set goals ● Partner with Brand & Performance Marketing teams to define the overall marketing and communication strategy & implement successful integrated marketing campaigns so as to build strong consumer top-of-mind recall and call to action ● Work with User Insights and FDP platform to strengthen the end to end data and insights view of players, enrich the user insights and leveraging them across platform to enable teams to take more data driven decisions Desired Competencies​: ● MBA from top-tier B-School with at least 3-4 years of experience in a Brand manager or Customer facing growth role ● Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functions ● Creative Thinking and Strong problem solving skills ● Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills ● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders
● Strong bias for Action & have the ability to “get things done” ● Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills. ● Knowledge on Marketing, Sell-side, Events, Client-Servicing will be an added advantage
