Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Designer (graphics) with a strong aesthetic sense and graphic designing skills to lead a team of specialists and produce marketing art work, sales decks(PPT), webpages, videos, and platforms that meet people’s needs.
Responsibilities:
A strong portfolio of successful web projects is essential.
1. Provide direction, guidance and training to the UX team.
2. Conceptualization of ideas and creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, find ability)
3. Develop design products like logo, info graphics, social media tiles, product sheets, brochures, banners, illustration, PowerPoint decks, layouts, whitepapers, web pages, microsites
4. Maintain design skills and a broad knowledge of current design and production techniques.
5. Create wireframes and task flows based on user needs
6. Work with UI designers to implement attractive, intuitive and user friendly designs
7. Video Editing, Video Animation
8. Create design artworks as per clients’ requirement
Requirements
Primary Skills:
1. UX standards, best practices, styles, patterns and guidelines, emerging design techniques and their appropriate usage.
2. Experience in Video Animation and Editing will be an advantage
3. Expertise in User Experience and Interactive design
4. Confident in managing difficult stakeholders and situations
5. Strong Team mentoring, coaching and direction skills.
6. Relates design work to the business needs.
7. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively troubleshoot UX problems
