Job description

Hunt for new clients and onboard them on the platform.
Developing brand and building increasing awareness in the marketplace.
Able to build strong relationships with CMO’s of companies and should know how to close new sales and generate repeat business that further leverage their company and customer position in the market.
Able to follow up aggressively with clients and should be able to grow business.
Will be leading a team as well so he/she should be able to work with people and at the same time, should be very hands-on.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Performing market research to tap new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.


Person should have 10-15 years’ experience along with leading sales into large and SME account with an ability to position overall MagicPin portfolio
Must be process-oriented.
Should have strong business fundamentals and a people leader.
A good fit would be a person who would come in and build the vertical and have the hunger to iterate and solve problems.
An entrepreneur, a person who has done solution selling in a leadership role in a startup or a person who has done sales in mediums that are difficult (magazines, digital)
