JD – Platform Merchandising (Events & Design)


Role Description : Provide leadership, direction and mentorship for a team & Lead a team of creative designers and copy writers with holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platform & devices Manage entire creative execution & content management process for the funnel Responsible to plan, ideate and conceptualize promotional, strategic & tactical events for the platform Drive end to end promotional events like Independence day/Republic day/Diwali/Big Billions days etc Building Communication plan, creative & execution plan along with key stakeholders Define & follow best practices for the platform in terms of brand guidelines/colors/wireframe etc closely working with platform, product & brand marketing team Design the merchandising calendar & collaborate across sell/marketing team and ensure timely tactical execution on daily basis Partner with internal and external stakeholders & communicate regularly on project timelines/events analysis Optimize, track & monitor key analytical metrics to foresee trends & integrate analysis into cohesive platforms Competencies : Graduate/MBA Min 3 -7 Experience in managing small or big teams Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where there is high ambiguity & progress exit Strong communication, prioritization, planning & multi-taskers Strong in ownership & drive. A self starter and able to keep team motivated under high pressure and able to meet all said deadlines Strong in collaboration & project management skills Able to negotiate and take strong decision on processes
