Job Description
• Negotiate with suppliers for better commercial pricing and terms
• Develop and implement the price review mechanism with the suppliers.
• Lead and work closely with regional / global associates on sourcing activities and projects in this category
• Implement sourcing strategies that bring long term and sustainable benefits.
• Identify, lead and manage sourcing initiatives and projects.
• To provide timely monthly report on Sourcing projects, supplier performance and initiatives
• Ensure appropriate systems, processes and key performance indicators are in place.
• Conduct Supplier Performance Review with key suppliers
• Develop and work closely with existing and potential suppliers to ensure that they meet the company quality assurance, regulatory , risk management requirements and supplier code of conduct.
• Gather and provide market intelligence on new and existing suppliers, new products, new material, pricing and new technology for assigned product / supplier portfolio.
• To ensure all suppliers have valid contract at all time.
• To manage project or task as and when assigned to you
