As the VP of Software Engineering, you will lead our engineers in Pune and Vadodara and partner with our engineering lead in New York. Our goal is to create a platform that makes it trivially easy for others to integrate their apps into the Connect platform while ensuring that our app is held to the highest standards to content and security, because nothing is more important than maintaining the trust of our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing engineering team that is grounded on a culture of trust, ownership and innovation.
Hands-on technical leader who brings considerable experience leading large-scale efforts in application development for backend, web and mobile applications, using a broad range of technologies.
Responsible for hiring and developing engineering and engineering management talent.
Owner of several major functional areas of our code.
Manager of managers and senior individual contributors.
Collaborate across other teams to deliver results.
Consistently raise standards, insisting on better and continuously improving.
