Job Description

Partnering with Business to identify and shape their requirements to be delivered thru IT and Digital solutions
2. Detailed understanding of sales and marketing business processes in FMCG industry, particularly in Distributive Trade scenario
o Knowledge of eCommerce and Digital Marketing areas will be an added advantage
3. Detailed knowledge of
o Distributor Management System (DMS) and Mobility solutions. Previous experience in News Page solution will be an added advantage
o Other Core Sales IT areas like Trade Promotion Management, Sales Force Automation
o Business Intelligence solutions on technologies like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc
4. Detailed understanding of IT application solution design & development, Technical Architecture frameworks for building robust IT solutions
5. Previous experience in Leading
o Data Analytics solutions like SKU recommender, Sales Route planning, Sales Force incentive planning, Market Mix Modeling etc
o New Technology projects like Robotic Process Automation, Digital Payments, Image Analytics, Chat Bot etc
6. Previous experience in Digital Marketing, CRM and eCommerce
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
1. Partner with Sales and Marketing business to Identify new IT, Digital led projects and bringing in best suited technology innovations at a fast pace to drive business benefits
2. Deliver these IT and Digital led innovation projects as per times lines, budget to realize tangible business benefits
3. Identify suitable vendor partners and lead vendor teams to deliver the program
4. Support existing applications as per ITIL framework and ensure stable resilient IT landscape
5. Work with Marketing team in Digital Marketing areas like CRM, GA 36 etc
6. Work with eCommerce team and support IT requirements and report on Business KPIs like our brand visibility, stock situation etc across market places
7. Liaison with Global IT team to understand Global IT capabilities in Sales and Marketing area and work with Global IT team, IT vendor partners to drive these projects
8. Interface with Procurement on contracts, commercials
