Job Title

Principal Technical Program ManagerOverview
Switching Solutions is involved in developing cutting edge solutions to assist in the new switch development for Authorization, Clearing, and other major functionalities for Organization.
• Analyze and create cutting edge solutions for switching solutions teams
• Manage relationship with various stakeholders - Business Owners, Testing Teams, Program Cabinet etc.
• Coordinate with other groups including vendors to ensure success of the project.
• Have you lead and managed a Product development team and used various development methodologies including Agile ( SAFe).
• Have you lead an end to end Agile (SAFe) development project?
• Do you have an understanding of Payment and Cards industry?

Role
• Principal Technical Program Manager for managing new product development
• Experience in Release Train Engineer Role
• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework and / or other Agile methodologies
• Coordinate with various groups in Organization to ensure success of the projects
• Maintain and present project related metrics reporting for management review
• Coordinate initiatives for automation, defect metrics and overall quality initiatives
• Handle coordination between all teams based in various locations
• Recommend strategic direction and policy changes.
• Advance operational and business concerns or issues relative to future business programs, projects, or enhancements that may affect consistent delivery of quality services.

All About You

• Technical Program Manager with at least 2 plus years as a Release train engineer or similar role

• In depth experience in Agile development specific to end -end product development
• Certified SAFe® 4 Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Experience in handling multiple teams / squads as a Scrum Master / RTE
• Excellent knowledge in Agile Tools and Techniques including reporting ( Rally etc.)
• Strong Communicator
• Excellent Stake Holder Management
• Ability to bring multiple stake holders together to plan and track the implementation of the solution
