Key Responsibilities :

• Deploy IDM driver, AGS functionality to achieve automated life-cycle management and integrate FIL applications with IAM environments and Novell IDM 4.5 (Novell Identity Manager) following FIL application on-boarding framework. • Implement new IDM technologies in lower environment and then deploy it in higher environment. • Document application functional specification for each application on boarding activity. • Perform unit testing of code in development environment • Troubleshoot driver issues. • Resolve queries related to review definitions, recertification and workflows in RSA IMG (Access Governance) • Develop customized SQL queries for report requirement. • Work in tandem with governance team and address audit queries. • Remediation of issues specific to data sync and collections in AGS. • Document each aspect of the application on boarding and come up with an application on boarding process and matrix • Handover driver policy and knowledge to IAM Operations team. • Adhere to application on-boarding plan as part of IAM Project.

Experience and Qualifications Required

Must have • Around 3 to 6 years of Industry experience in IDM vertical with exposure to Identity Management Solution. • Novell Identity provisioning technologies (Must have) & Directory Services (Novell eDirectory, Active Directory, etc.) • Strong hands-on experience on RSA IMG (Access Governance) system. • Workflow troubleshooting knowledge is required. • Ability to draw on Experience to question and challenge existing or proposed Solution and drive the conversation.

Should have • Structured and methodical in problem solving. • Basic UNIX commands knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and a valuable Team player. • Understanding of Database and SQL Skills required. • Knowledge about the Web Services and associated Protocols and Standards.
