Job description

 Should be responsible for the deliverables of minimum 20-30 people  To lead organisation wide activities/initiatives  Responsible for managing client for his area of business  Contribution in providing ideas and suggestions for the management initiatives across GDC  Conduct Monthly team meetings  To work with process and technology teams and demonstrate process and efficiency improvements


 To show consistent improvement in employee satisfaction survey scores  Consistency in improving client satisfaction survey scores  Manpower planning for the team  Identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements  Conducting reviews on performance appraisals, conducted by subordinates  Identify the career progression path / developmental areas for each team Members  Achieving target for the billable hours  Forecasting and budgeting for the team.
