Overview of the Role – Engineering Leader (Director)
Location: India, Gurgaon
Role Description:
As part of an autonomous R&D team, understand the business of your customer, plan and develop new
features, data structures and algorithms to provide a high-quality product.
Responsibilities:
Take part in defining and building the application architecture and development pipeline to in order to
create a productive and fun to work with environment.
Lead a cross-functional team of back-end, mobile, full-stack, devops and automation engineers in India.
Collaborate with Israel and US teams to build, test and deploy product updates. Be able to stand up for
right ideas and follow-through.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and help roll out new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience with cloud infrastructure like Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Knowledge of micro-services architecture and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
Experience in working with build & packaging tools (Docker, Jenkins)
Having experience in both Web and Mobile applications .
Having experience in Devops
Have experience in managing large scale team ( >50 + Members)
Experience with a high-volume or critical production service environments
Be able to guide projects and features end to end
Out of the box thinking and great problem solving abilities
Can do attitude, Excellent communications skills
