About Requirements
•A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management or related positions (technical product marketing, solution architect, IT management);
Experience on storage, backup & archiving
•Knowledge in more than one of these areas: cloud, virtualization, SaaS, databases, test & development, networking, business applications and Business Intelligence
•Experience in enterprise IT solutions
•5+ years of software development experience
•Strong Object-Oriented Programming and design skills
•Experience with Agile development methodologies and design patterns
•Strong debugging skills and unit test frame works
Must Have: Product Manager/Owner and Storage (Backup and Restore)
Good to Have- Java, Cloud, Virtualization, SaaS, Networking, storage, backup & archiving, Database
Good Product Management experience around cloud and SaaS even if they don't have much storage experience or none at all. As long as they can show UX mindset, have worked on some enterprise SW (IT space would be nice), and can show independent leadership and drive (typically by being in start-ups as opposed to large companies), that's fine. If they had some consumer product experience that's great too, though not a must.
