Job Description

Support the development of strategic and future-oriented marketing plans for companion (pet) & agriculture categories, drawing on various sources of data and local insights to inform recommendations.
Work closely with Innovation team on the development and launch of new products, including product positioning, packaging and label design, product collateral, retailer presentations and launch plans.
Manage the EPD Marketing outputs to support line extensions, reformulations and label updates including working with cross-functional teams on EPD and communicating changes throughout wider business.
Work closely with regional teams to launch NPD & EPD ranges into International markets.
Lead the strategic planning and manage the implementation of all trade promotions and campaigns across various touchpoints including POS, catalogues, consumer/GWP promotions etc
Work closely with Sales Team and manage relationships with Retailer Marketing teams to collaborate on product promotion, best practice instore activation, ensuring optimal results for
the Retailer.
Develop and manage instore sampling program
Ensure strong collaboration is achieved between Product, Brand & Sales Teams to ensure all instore marketing activations deliver on the brand positioning, drive sales results and improve productivity.
Lead the proactive optimization of range and track and analyze portfolio performance.
Conduct continuous competitor analysis and disseminate market and category trends.


Bachelor’s degree or post graduate qualification in Marketing or other relevant discipline.
5 or more years’ experience in a consumer marketing environment
Experience using various data and insights to inform strategy and planning
Experience in retailer engagement and trade marketing
Demonstrated end-to-end product development and launch activation
Ideally experience managing P&L and A&P budgets
