Job Description

We are looking for a General Manager / Vice President of Talent Acquisition to design and apply
strategies that will help us attract and hire qualified employees. GM /VP Talent Acquisition
responsibilities include managing a team of recruiters and crafting sourcing strategies for various
roles, from entry-level to executive-level positions, should be able to ensure we provide an excellent
candidate experience, while meeting our business goals and filling our vacancies. Ultimately, the GM
/ Vice President of Talent Acquisition will build a strong employer brand so that we can develop
strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic:
 Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the visibility, reputation and
brand in key recruiting markets
 Help position as an employer of choice among target candidates
 Lead and manage the workforce planning process and talent acquisition activities
 Formulate and implement an employment branding strategy that effectively articulates
employee value proposition in order to attract top talent
 Leverage social networking and other cutting edge recruiting technologies and tools to
connect with a broad and diverse talent network
 Partner with leaders and executive team to provide strategy and support for talent
acquisition solutions including: Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee
Referral Program, Intern Programs, College/University Relations, and onboarding

 Work with business and human resource leadership team to assess future skill requirements
and develop appropriate talent recruiting strategies to aid the business in acquiring the
requisite skills and capabilities
 Develop and implement metrics on recruiting and retention including cost per hire, applicant
flow, hiring manager, and new employee satisfaction
 Ongoing valuation of existing hiring systems and processes to be assessed and adjusted to
allow for support of our fluid work environment and new market locations
 Impact sourcing

Requirements

Requirements
 Proven work experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition or similar senior-level HR position
 Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
 Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software
 Good knowledge of labor legislation
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Team-management abilities
 Exposure in BPM/BPO
