Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Deep understanding of the applications within system landscape and be able to lead discussions with the internal stakeholders and external partners
• Drive organizational excellence and thru rigid process and strive to build best in class enterprise applications team.
• Drive discussions on technologies pertaining to application landscape.
• Understand the overall applications team strategy and build talent pool that will compliment global team.
• Experience and ability to understand and articulate manufacturing business processes.
• Good knowledge of the general IT processes and be able to produce key metrics to drive excellence.
Requirements
Mandatory skills required
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills, problem solving and leadership skills
• Self-directed with experience in managing priorities and timelines
• Knowledge and experience in project management desired
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
14+ years of experience delivering information technology services and 3-4 years’ experience in managing high performing global team’s.
• SAP – Functional - Familiarity with key SAP modules such as MM, FI, CO, PP etc. Technical - Familiar with ABAP core components such as Design patterns, ABAP objects, BAPIs, BADIs etc. Experience with SAP S4 will be a plus.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Scripts, XML.
• Good understanding of Web technologies architecturally, and related security setup
• C#, .Net, & SQL: Familiar with core components including C# and/or VB.Net and OOPs concepts.
• SQL: Familiar with SQL Server, stored procedures, and optimization.
• Azure PAAS services – Azure Service Fabric, WebApp, API Mgmt.
• Integrations between SAP and other applications (C#, 3rd Party, etc.,)
• Security concepts including authentication, single sign-on, etc.
