A leading and growing Australian startup into Animal health Business-Commercial Manager

1 General commercial support to the South Asian business unit
2 Forecasts, analysis, cash flow, management accounting and general routine and ad-hoc reporting to meet local and Corporate requirements
3 Oversee and direct finance, administration and customer service personnel
4 Manage local and group corporate compliance to ensure taxation, audit, company secretarial and statutory obligations are being met
5 Monitor country order requirements and inventory levels to ensure an appropriate balance is maintained within available working capital levels.
6 Maintain and update supplier and customer data bases with all pricing and product related information for ready access by sales and management
7 Coordination and management of customer complaints; ensure all appropriate actions are carried out and communicated to the customer
8 Identification of opportunities and obstacles our customers face; determine plans of action to capitalise on the opportunities and overcome the obstacles
9 Assist with preparation and maintenance of key documentation including distribution, service, supply and employment agreements
10 Responsible for maintaining integrity of group “cloud-based” document storage system

1 Proven experience of balance of operations & finance
2 Experience of handling business globally (outside India business handling experience)
3 Familiarity with international trade including import and export documentation, payment instruments and treatment of duty, tax and clearance of goods
4 Minimum of five years (ideally 10 years) of accounting, ideally with experience in the animal health or pharmaceutical industries

1. Education qualification-CA/ICWA/MBA -Finnace from Tier1/2 institute
2. Ready to relocate NCR /should be from NCR Location
