Job Description
Title: SaaS/ Cloud Architect
Roles/Responsibilities:
■ Cloud SAS Architect to help design, implement, our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product offerings running at scale in major public clouds.
Responsibilities:
■ Responsible to lay out design, plan, and implement, manage scalable information technology solutions that meet current and future business needs.
■ Build resilient system implementations to ensure information security, stability and availability of business applications on container scale out architecture
■ Experiences with OpenShift (RedHat) Container design and deployment
■ Developing feature roadmaps and assisting in the Agile development of a software-as-a-service solution
■ Deep understanding of the current state of the art for infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, SQL/NoSQL/NewSQL, networking, and cloud-based delivery models.
■ 10+ years of overall software development experience, solution design and technical architecture experience
■ 5+ years of driving application architecture design
■ 3+ years of experience with cloud computing solutions implementations including AWS, Google Apps, Salesforce
etc.
■ Experience in how legacy and web-based systems interfaces, Application Programmable Interfaces (APIs)
■ Demonstrated knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and coding methods/best practices
■ Ability to design and implement reliable, scalable, high performing Web based solutions that meet the service levels associated with mission-critical Identity and Access Management based solutions.
■ Strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design and Operations
■ Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SPML, SSO, RBAC
■ Knowledge of software development security and cryptography
Requirements
Mandatory experience areas
- SaaS product architecting experience covering areas such as data isolation approaches/trade-offs, microservice architectures, identity management.
- Kubernetes experience for designing scalable workloads
- Cloud experience at-least two clouds
