Job Description

Role          : Program Manager
Function   : HR- PF Trust Management (Retirals & Exits)
Location    : Bangalore OR Mumbai
Experience :15-20 years
Education : Master’s degree preferred, in business (MBA) with Specialization in HR

Role Objective :

The core responsibilities include review, design, and operationalize and monitor end-end benefit processes.
Hands-on exposure in managing process for PF withdrawal, transfer claims. Gratuity claims, Loans on PF are granted
Should possess end to end knowledge in Retiral Function such as PF, GR and Superannuation. 
Have extensive knowledge of PF and Gratuity Administrative and financing functions.
Team Size: 35
Should have designed and Implemented employee benefit programs.
Deploy and monitor compliance controls, audit and track operational performance of internal administration teams and vendors/providers.
Handle escalations and drive process improvements to enhance employee experience.
Desired Experience :

End to End management of Exempted PF Trusts including Superannuation and Gratuity Trusts
Retirals: Exposure Retiral Settlements, Transfers, Non-refundable loans (PF, GF and SA), Interest calculations, Audit of the Trust.
Compliance: Worked on entire process of Provident Fund compliance starting from Allotment of PF number, Investment of Funds, Settlements, Transfers, Non-refundable loans, Interest calculations, Financials and Audit of the Trust, attending PF inspections etc.
Gratuity: Actuarial valuations, Settlements with TDS calculations, Liaison with LIC etc.
Superannuation: Calculation of SA contribution payable to the Trust, Settlements, Interest calculation, SA transfers from one company to another, Liaison with LIC etc
Labour Laws: Knowledge on labour laws such as Provident Fund and Miscellaneous
The candidate will consult with senior HR leaders, share the strategy and oversee change management of different process launches/transitions.
Internal and external stakeholder relationship Management
Proven experience in process optimization and automation.
