Job Description

- Responsible for the execution of the company’s People & Organization policies and programs in the corporate Head Office, so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives These program include performance evaluation; organizational development; relocation; employee wellness; HR administration; HR information systems; payroll; communications; Also responsible for the evaluation of third-party services contracts and their control
- Planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection strategy so those job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the business candidates selected the best match the needs of the position and the
- Liaise with area managers to develop and implement local People & Organization strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organizations overall HR strategy
• Ensure the P&O strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws and employment standards

Requirements

• MBA from XLRI
• At least 10-12 years of working experience within HR Business Partnering / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• At least 5 Years of MNC experience
• Successful experience in cross-functional project management
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management
• A collaborator, with a proven ability to partner and influence cross-functionally at all levels and lead through others
