Job Description
Role Overview:
As Sr. Manager UI, you will drive the user experience for your business/customer channel. You will collaborate with business, technology and other digital verticals (Analytics, Business Intelligence, Design Standards, etc.) to translate requirements into creative solutions. You will actively contribute to Global Design System while ensuring its compliance in your design engagements. You will manage the design deliveries within your channel while working with globally distributed design teams.

You are well versed in user centered design methodologies as well as the best practices in interface and interaction design. You have an uncompromising eye for detail and thrive when designing for complex systems.
You are passionate about knowledge sharing and actively participate in training/mentoring engagements.
As per requirement, you are comfortable taking on the role of an independent specialist or a functional team leader.
Required:
12+ years in the UX/UI design domain, with 7+ years in team-lead/management roles.
Comprehensive design portfolio covering methodology and actual implementation
Academic and/or external qualifications in user experience, interaction design, human/computer interaction and allied fields
Experience in working with Design Systems and contributing to a global design language
Experience in translating user journeys to visually detailed screens in platform specific or responsive setups.
Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Ability to work in UK/CE time-zone
Software skills - Sketch, Invision and comparable tools
Desirable (but not essential) experience - Gesture based design, Conversational UI, design for Native Apps (Android/iOS)
