Seeking an exceptional Associate Director to run the Hyderabad based dedicated Technical Professional
Services organization. This person will manage a team of software engineers committed to developing mission
critical custom solutions for our clients.
What you will do :
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle for custom client-driven solutions
Engage with the clients to scope business critical software development projects
Design appropriate solutions, balancing cost, quality, and time to market
Be accountable for delivery and sign off of projects
Actively engaging all the people in the team, performance management, career planning, customer
connect, and actionizing customer feedback
Ensuring operational efficiency and actively participating in organizational initiatives with the objective
of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to customer within the guidelines, policies and norms of Client.
What you'll need:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 12+ years of experience
A deep knowledge and understanding of one or more programming languages, knowledge of
architecture frameworks and design principles, ability to comprehend and manage technology,
performance engineering, BPM
Experience leading a team of highly skilled engineers
The ability to oversee multiple projects and engagements concurrently
Experience managing delivery across a breadth of technical domains — Java, Python, C#, etc.
Experience in fintech is major bonus
Experience with cloud-based solutions, specifically Amazon Web Services, is a bonus
