Job Description

● Drive PLA revenue numbers from sellers and brands in specific categories
● Regular report and follow up with stakeholder teams to ensure monthly numbers are on track
● Ensure targets on key business metrics are achieved (eg. Fill rate, adoption rate, Ad spend/ GMV)
● Engage with sellers & brands and be the internal POC for all PLA related concerns
● Periodic meeting with KAMs to address PLA related concerns and educate on new features
● Ensure seller and KAM education to efficiently use/ suggest PLA tools for seller’s benefit
● Work with analytics to identify business trends and revenue opportunity for exploitation
● Deeply understand the advertising product as well as advertiser pain points and push for continuous
product development & innovation.

Requirements

● Experience of at least 1 of these areas – category management / Advertising sales
● Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills with ability to work with pivots
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent stakeholder management
● High Bias for Action
