Mechanical Program Lead Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Start either from requirements & specifications or escalations & issues through project planning, execution, monitoring & control and project closure: Work break-down structure (WBS) of scope.

- Responsibilities covering putting together design verification plan, validation plans, handling complex CAD assemblies and drawings.

-Idea generation, concept design and design maturity to manufacturing release by mitigating all risks & by aligning with all key stakeholders.

· Conducts feasibility studies and testing on new and or modified designs, also be able to mentor team across.

· Component sizing, selection, integration into layout, and finalization of layout.

· Sizing and selection of components and finalization of P&ID with electrical awareness.

· Responsible for performing mechanical engineering design and calculations: structural, thermal, flow.

· Provides design information to drafting support for packaging design and documentation.

· As a change agent; contribute to new methods/processes, innovation & prototyping, creating & maturing new technical proposals.

· Creativity & Innovation: Responsible for performing research, design, development, modification, and evaluation in support of the company's semiconductor capital equipment and systems.

· Ability to work well in a team, in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities while remaining a team player.

Location- Bangalore
Experience- 10 years + .
Should have good experience in Electro-Mechanical System, Hydraullics, Pheumatic and Thermal Balancing System
