Job Description
The person will be responsible for:
Production and Maintenance of plant and machinery, New plant setup, Budgeting and it's control, automation, pokayoke, Production planing and control, guidence of production and maintenance associates
Overall Responsible for Engineering and project, like New line setup, Installation and commission of machine, Automation, Improvement for control of rejection, Improve of efficiency,
Providing a clear direction and focus to all plant employees and allocating resources to ensure produce optimum results.
Overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the plant to ensure it is running efficiently, safely and cost effectively.
Ensuring correct and timely product supply.
Managing the teams to optimise production output and product quality and ensuring on-time shipping.
Monitoring and reviewing all quality indices in compliance with corporate guidelines, as well as laws and regulations governing the plant.
Ensuring a safe work environment.
Building productive and motivated teams by implementing coaching and training programs and addressing all staff issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensuring effective and efficient maintenance services of electrical and field instruments and resolving any electrical and instrumentation issues.
Ensuring electrical and instrument maintenance as per best practice, corporate policy and regulatory requirements.
Acting as a first point of contact for complex repairs and working closely with vendors to address and resolve technical issues
